Mackenzie Vaughan Pikaart is a ceramic artist and educator based in Philadelphia whose works are intended to be used in your home. Her Nerikomi agate surfaces act as a marking of time, a key to one's life experiences rooted in memory.

Her Dinnerware, vases, Lighting and other works are designed for daily use, each piece becoming part of personal moments and shared experiences.

Mackenzie holds a BFA in Crafts/Ceramics from The University of the Arts in Philadelphia, where she lives and works. In addition to her studio practice, she is a ceramics educator who teaches at many community studios teaching adults and youths about hand building in clay. She also offers support to other artists through firings, consulting and other hobby support needs.
